Head-up frontcrawl

You can move fast with head-up frontcrawl.

Swimming head up frontcrawl with a ball. The foot makes a small splash. The player's hand does not touch the ball. Keep the head still and out of the water. The left leg kicks as the right arm pulls. High elbows control and protect the ball. The ball moves by itself. Pull back to the hips.

Does the player's hand touch the ball?

Where is the player's head?

Where is the player's elbow?

Swimming head up frontcrawl with a ball. A wave pushes the ball. Keep your elbow high. Don't touch the ball.

We use head-up frontcrawl to:

  • Move fast;
  • See where everyone is;
  • Keep an eye on the ball;
  • Dribble the ball.
