Passing

Good rotation makes a strong pass!

Rotate your arm back. The head stays still. Rotate shoulders for power. The elbow stays high. The head stays still. The elbow stays high. Use your strong back muscules.

Rotate the arm and shoulder back.

Where is the player's elbow?

Rotate the arm with the ball forwards.

Is the elbow high enough for a good pass?

Flick your wrist as you let go. Point where you want
the ball to go.
